CAST ALNICO

Magnets produced of the material Aluminium Nickel Cobalt (AlNiCo) are strong permanent magnets with an exceptionally high coercivity (resistance to loss of magnetism). Only rare earth magnets such as neodymium and SmCo magnets are stronger than AlNiCo and they are most often used when the magnet needs to operate under very high temperatures. AlNiCo magnets can handle temperatures up to 450 degrees Celsius depending on the exact type and they are commonly used for the production of very special tools and equipment.

 

Thanks to the hardness of the AlNiCo material the magnets have become the solution to many problems for engineers in multiple companies.

 

The magnetic force is characterized by being somewhat smaller than the force of neodymium magnets. However, it is still strong enough for a large variety of different applications.

                     ALNICO BAR MAGNET

Alnico bar magnet in steel body equipped with AlNiCo magnet and an internal thread. The solid AlNiCo material ensures great holding force and high working temperatures for the product. The AlNiCo bar magnet is ideal for gripping applications within the industrial area thanks to the internal thread.

                    ALNICO BLOCK MAGNET

These AlNiCo block magnets are strong magnets that have been lacquered in red and green/blue colours. AlNiCo magnets are used in the industry thanks to the hardness of the material and the magnet is capable of operating under very high temperatures.

  • Quality grade AlNiCo 5 is normally used

                     ALNICO ROD MAGNET

This AlNiCo magnet is a cylinder shaped rod magnet that is specifically used for the production of special tools and parts. Thanks to the hardness and high coercivity of the aluminium nickel cobalt material this magnet has often been the solution to many problems for engineers.

                      ALNICO POT MAGNET

Alnico pot magnet of AlNiCo material with countersunk. Red lacquered. Primarily used for holding applications within the industrial area where the countersunk ensures an effective and easy mounting.
